1. Agreement Terms

DreamSpire is a parent-supervised platform designed to enhance imagination. By using the application, you agree to these rules regarding your child's safety and the usage process.

2. Safety Rules

For a safe community environment, the following are strictly prohibited:

Manipulating software filters and the Double Steel Armor system.
Creating story inputs that are against child safety and general morality.
Abusive actions that will lower the service quality of the application.

3. Payments and Subscription

DreamSpire Pro and Plus subscriptions are sold and managed through the Apple App Store. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled. Subscription prices and renewal periods are clearly shown via the App Store at the time of purchase. Cancellations are performed through the user's Apple ID settings.

4. AI Content Disclaimer

Stories are generated with advanced artificial intelligence. Although our filtering systems block risks at a rate of 99%, due to the nature of AI, parental supervision is always recommended. Despite the use of advanced content filters, the possibility of AI systems producing unexpected outputs cannot be completely eliminated.

5. Apple Disclaimer

This application is provided by DreamSpire, not by Apple Inc. Apple accepts no responsibility for the content, functions, or use of the application. All requests regarding the use of the application should be directed to DreamSpire.
